SetRise is an Answer Engine Optimization company based in the Atlantic City area of New Jersey, founded by Dominick Martino in 2024. We do one thing: when customers ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini who to hire, we make sure our clients are in the answer.

Why this company exists

Customers stopped Googling and started asking. When someone asks an AI assistant for a plumber, a dentist, or a photographer, the assistant names a handful of businesses, and everyone else was never in the running. Most business owners have no idea which side of those answers they're on, because until recently there was no way to check.

So we built one. EchoCheck, our audit engine, asks the AI platforms the exact questions real buyers ask, scores how often a business appears, names the competitors recommended instead, and maps the sources the machines actually read. Then we fix what it finds: machine readable websites, consistent citations, and content the engines can quote.

The proof standard

We call this the measurement standard: every engagement starts with a baseline of what the AI tools say about your business today, and ends with the same measurement after the work is live. You see documented change, not a promise taken on faith. No one in this industry can trace a single click from an AI answer to a booked job, and we say that out loud. What we show instead is three layers moving together: visibility scores, AI referred traffic in your analytics, and your own calls and bookings against the baseline.

I spent over a decade in the creative world before crossing to the other side of the process: building the tools businesses actually get found with. Customers stopped scrolling and started asking machines, and I build the layer that decides what the machines say back. AEO is the whole company now, and the websites and web apps we design in-house are how the strategy ships.

I built EchoCheck, the AI visibility audit engine behind every SetRise engagement, and EchoArtists, our AEO platform for musicians, and I use the same methods on SetRise that I sell to clients.
